America, Passions,and Blindness

There is a fence across this vast land of ours, a fence on which Americans are born balancing.  They are swayed to fall one way or the other through the power of convincing.  Once we fall we are usually set in our ways without any use for what is right or wrong unless we have an eye opening experience or if we decide the issues are what is important.  

Many use logic to see what is the obvious, others follow those who use rhetoric to gain support going blindly forward like lemmings to the edge of a cliff. The blind, or those who choose to follow anything that is handed to them have no clue what a real issue is, only what is in it for them.  These people will defend what is wrong to the death because the logical answers just won't compute.  There is no convincing these folks no mater what unless you tell them what they need to hear.

I have asked many people the same questions with basically the same results.  The people who decided to head towards the left, have their set of answers and the people who are on the right have theirs.  This is normal unless their is no  reasoning for the answer.  Lets say a seventeen year old boy shoots and kills a store owner and is arrested.  Depending of the looks or the common ground this boy has with the community, the answers will be as follows.  The boy should be punished for his crimes or the boy is handsome and must have had a good reason for killing the store owner.  This is not  or shouldn't be open for debate.  The simple fact is, this boy committed a crime and should be dealt with by law to its fullest extent.  So lets say we arrest this boy and now are fully ready to prosecute him for his crime.  Some would want this boy put away while others will protest and the only reasoning backing them up is he is just a boy. 

When Obama was running for office, people brought up his past dealings with radical terrorists, Logically he should have never made it that far.  Some asked why such a man would been be a contender while others would say, "Well whats past is past, he is such a handsome man and will give us everything we need and want."  Oh sure, his answers were crafted to satisfy those who love the idea of having their every need met and would never have to worry about a job, or money for the rest of their natural life.  The logic of that would tell those who know better that this would never be the case but as I stated before, some of us use logic while others refuse.

Then we had a spending spree.  Those using logic once again knew that spending so much in such a little time would lead to crisis while others will argue that spending like a crazy person will save the utopia and if such a good looking man says we need to spend a few trillion, thenhe must know what he is doing.

Then we had business too big to fail.  No one or thing is too big to fail.  Logic will tell you that business go under every day and if at first you don't succeed try try again but the others would know that such a fine looking man knows what he is talking about and we need to save the corporations.  Keeping in mind, the logical thinkers tried to tell everyone that this was a plow to gain government control but Obama claimed that he didn't not want to own banks, wall street or car companied.  Well, after the fact, we now know Obama does own these companies.  He can hire and fire, he can tell them how much they can and cannot earn, and he can regulate their industries not to mention he did it all for his buddies, the unions. 

Now since the beginning, he always had the backing of the media.  Illogically you might say, it was good to have the media behind you but those thinkers wonder and ask why.  Obama has placed the CEO of General Electric in his cabinet.  General Electric owns NBC, MSNBC, CNN and a few others not worth mentioning. They always have only good things to say about a man who refuses to think logically.  They have too, they work for the man.  

We are into seventy plus days since an oil rig blew up in the Gulf of Mexico.  The beaches are destroyed, not to mention the deaths of much of the animal life.  Obama sat on his hands doing nothing.  Logically speaking, was it because those states within the disaster area were republican states and he doesn't really care because it doesn't get him votes, or is it for the reasons Obama gives, "It is BP's problem and they will pay, let them handle it"  So those of us who do think for ourselves find no logic in his actions or non actions, but his followers, say, "He is a great man, what do you expect him to do?"  On the first day he should have lifted the Jones act letting in all ships to help find a solution to the problem.  Then Obama should have sent any and all implements that would capture oil on the surface of the ocean.  Then Obama could have let the thirty countries wanting to give their expertise on the crises in to help, he refused.

Now we have the internet.  This is where millions go on line to do what they do, whatever it is they do for fun, their job, or just to find information.  No matter what billions across the globe use it for, it is their for them to use but Obama wants to shut it down for four months.  Logically, their is no reason in the world for this.  One can only venture a guess as to why.  I am sure being a logical fellow, Obama would say, "i think people should spend their summer out doors having fun with the family."  Is this the reason for his actions?  I believe he wants to shut down the internet because his ego cannot stand anyone talking about him in a negative way.  But as always their are those who would say, "He is such a nice looking man, he must have his reasons." without looking for what those reasons are.

So, here we are.  The logical thinkers who can indeed think for ourselves.  By now, those who just refuse to think have not read this far into my piece so can we talk?  My questions are simple but so dang logical.  When does a president stop blaming his predecessor for his problems?  When does Obama stop the Bush blame game?  When does a fine looking man take responsibility for his own wrong doing, mistakes, actions?  One might think, right away, but those who oppose everything logical will tell you, if he says it is Bushes fault, it must be true."  One who thinks for themselves can see while Bush was in office, we were safe, while now, we have been attacked, and almost attacked many times during the past two years, guess that is Bushes fault.  Some of us who have half a brain can see, the debt has grown by trillions but not so much while Bush was in office and Obama wishes to spend more in the name of stimulus.  He went to a summit to try and convince other countries to spend like mad men and those, everyone of them called Obama a mad man and said that they won't spend like a crazy man.  According to our fearless leader, Bush is the blame for the oil accident in the Gulf, and I am guessing for the cold days in winter and the hot days in summer.  Their comes a time when a man becomes a man and a woman becomes a woman.  The blame game is a grammar school playground game and America has grown up well some of us have.

Obama loves to throw people who cannot do him gain under the bus.  Toss them aside like banana peels.  There is a word for people like him but I am too good a person to use it here. If the thinkers like you sit back and see a lion rushing towards them ready to bound and attack you, I am sure you will defend yourself.  So why is it when a person does anything in his power to grab power crushing everything America stands for is on the prowl, why don't so many of us fight back?  The answer is easy as pie, those who oppose are thinkers and those who do not are followers who cannot grasp the idea of a thought. 

The right usually use logic while the left defend because of what might be a good outcome for them or so they think.  So sealing our borders is a silly thought on the right.  Is it not being done in the name of votes since ACORN has been dismantled and they no longer can use dead people, disables mentally ill persons at the voting polls? 

It is no secret that Obama has his pocket media who will stand behind him no matter what because if they don't they fear for their jobs. and it is in their best interest to ridicule anyone who opposes his ideals.  The left ore nothing more then puppets for a bigger picture.  POWER. So those who just see a nice looking man who must be right while their hand perpetually extended waiting for utopia he has promised I have great news, you only have to wait two more years and then your arms can be put to better use.  Hard work pays off, promises of a Utopian nation does not.  When the hard working person gets penalized for their ways and those with their hands extended are waiting for all the goods from the Obama stash to pay their mortgage for them they wont have to wait too long.  For the hard worker, god news, your actions will be rewarded and for those who wait for all the good stuff to happen, this may not mean a lot to you, but logically speaking, I think it is time to get to work if you want great things to happen.  I know, Obama is a nice looking man with bad idea's well, chalk one up in the name of history.

In closing why do some of us use our brains while others see past all logic?  Well, we are in a war right now, it is not a war between the races or a war between the religions, it is a war between the smart and the stupid.  Those who think against those who will say anything to reach a promise of utopia.  Yes, a utopia would be nice but the way Obama is going about it, not logical at all.  It may just be a case of saying all the right things to anyone who will listen, ya think?   Obama is setting us up for the fall.  He is doing everything in his power to get power and will say and do everything to get it.  He is not stupid but a man who knows how to get stupid followers.  One thing I need to say, book smart cannot beat street smart.  Obama, a nice looking man who's specialty is community organizing we may need to remind him that America is not a community but a Nation, a great nation, the best in the world and the reason we are such a super power needs no apology. Our constitution is what made us great and the likes of someone like Obama cannot tear that down no matter how many times he tries.  He works for us and although ignored now, we will rule the day in November.  I do not have a twenty year old writing my speeches for me Mr. President, I have a free mind and can speak for myself.  May I suggest getting a writer that doesn't borrow from every president in history?  May I suggest becoming a part of the solution instead of a part of the problem?  Mr. President, may I suggest loving your country, if not, step down for the sake of free thinkers everywhere.  We are not Europe, we are not a third world nation, we are America, the greatest land in the world, THINK Mr. President, think, if that is at all possible.  GOD BLESS AMERICA
