Family Greed

The heart is one part of the body that has many jobs. It is complicated to a fault. It not only pumps the blood throughout, but it can be broken effortlessly. People who know this, can manipulate this and those who can influence without guilt usually have a heart made of steel, very little heart to begin with, or are simply overcome with fear.

The mafia is called a family for a simply reason. They stick together, they support each other, and they always have each others back no matter what. When a person’s family, not mob related, does not have these components installed they are usually a dysfunctional family.

So when do we write off siblings who have made it there mission to pick at another member because it brings them pleasure, or satisfaction, until the singled out  member is no longer in the picture? Usually, if we know better, are smarter, and want more out of life because we have a life. We write them off after being abused, used, and  no longer feel the need to please.

Greed is the number one factor when it comes to fingering out a member of a family. The number two situation would have to be control. If the one who feels the need to control another loses then they lash out until the one targeted just cuts them out of their life. When a sibling decides to turn on another it is a shame but a reality of life. Some people need family and feels it is the most important thing in their life. When money becomes a value more important even than family, it is a loss that cannot be recuperated.

Anyone in a situation where family life is broken because of greed, alcohol, or drugs, know what they need to do and that is to sever all ties with those inflicted with those sicknesses. Those who don’t have not yet faced reality which is, the vultures keep coming if you don’t shut that door. The problem is those infected with the sickness of greed, alcohol, or drugs, usually build up a fantasy. The fantasy starts with the controlling of the situation even when the door slams shut. In their mind, they go on through life with the illusion that the ones they have hurt will pay. They will keep blogging, writing letters, talking about you creating myths about you to make them look stronger. The simple case is, we have no idea what those we shut out are doing nor do we care.

To start anew is easy. No matter what, you must never let these freaks back into your life because they will destroy everything you love. The fact is, misery loves company and as long as these people are miserable, they want all surrounding them to be miserable as well. If you open that door even an inch, these freaks will find a way back in. They will lie, cheat, and smile at you, anything to get back in to finish the work they have started. No, you must separate the miserable from the happiness you cherish. Family is like a club, members willing to be a part of the experience of love, happiness, and honor need only apply. All those who wish you to be in their world of despair, must not be allowed inside. Yes it is heartbreaking to say the least, but a true family will share, love, honor and respect. When one betrays that trust because of greed, lies, and dysfunction, it is in your better interest to keep them as far away as possible.

Those who know the true meaning of family will prosper for the length of their stay here in this world. Those who are not interested in anything but money, power, control and hate, well, they will die a lonely death many times over. We need not feel sorry for the greedy; for they sleep in the bed they have made for themselves.

Love is indeed more powerful then any inheritance, for the money will run out but love is forever unless greed clouds your mind and for that the loss is so much greater than the gain.  For those of you who are that afraid of going broke, or being feel the need to control everything, I will never understand your pain.   For those on the other end of the stick, we are the black Sheep and proud for we know, that we are the good ones, the better persons, the ones that have it going on.,
